PowerPoint files have the .ppt extension. This is what you will see when you have downloaded the file to your computer.
The Image Packs you download are actual zip files(.zip), so once downloaded to your computer you will need to unzip them. For more info on unzipping click the Download Help link on the individual Stills page.
MPEG1 was a widespread standard when we began creating loops and is still a good option for those running presentation software on older Windows PCs. Macs have the ability to play these movies but performance can vary widely. If you are using a Windows PC with something like Easy Worship or an older version of MediaShout, the MPEG1 files might be best for you.
MOV is short for QuickTime Movie. This format is higher quality with a smaller file size; however, QuickTime Movies are standard on Macs and may or may not play back on Windows PCs. Software like Media Shout and EasyWorship must have an extra 3rd party codec pack installed (contact your software support to find out more). If you are on a Mac or if you are using ProPresenter (PC or Mac) or the latest versions of MediaShout (PC or Mac), you should probably download the QuickTime MOV.
